Tuesday July 30 in Villavicencio will be the business day that will have the participation of 51 orange economy companies. Agribusiness and tourism among the main sectors in the wheel that will have up to 1500 business meetings.
Villavicencio, July 26, 2019 (AmCham Colombia) .- A total of 100 companies, mainly from the Orinoquía, will meet next Tuesday in Villavicencio to have about 1500 commercial appointments in the business conference that the Chamber of Commerce Colombo Americana , AmCham Colombia, organized for Invest in Orinoquia with the support of Innpulsa Colombia.
“This is a meeting of great importance because it will allow us to invite businessmen to know the Orinoquía brand and the power that the region has in economic terms and for the development of projects,” said Didier Valek, director of Invest in Orinoquía, who He stressed that the business day is done within the framework of the first version of Expo Orinoquía.
Valek stressed that the region has a business potential that goes beyond hydrocarbons and goes through the development of sustainable tourism projects and the provision of around 15 million hectares for agro-industrial use and cocoa, banana, soybean crops, Corn and rice, among others.
“The businessmen who will be at Expo Orinoquía will see that we are a region with immense potential and we hope that the business round reflects the possibilities of developing productive projects of various kinds that can materialize in the short term,” Valek said.
The director of the Colombian-American Chamber of Commerce, AmCham Colombia, María Claudia Lacouture, said that among the participants there are companies from the agribusiness, construction, technology, services, free zones, chemicals and tourism sectors, among others.
“Of the 100 companies registered, 51 correspond to sectors of the orange economy that are participating thanks to the support of Innpulsa Colombia,” Lacouture said.
